Went for self training with Siti and Shikin. Okay , just realised our names starts with and S :D
Did intervals in the treadmill. Was hell.
Alright , maybe i haven't been training with sprints and stuffs. Follwed by weights. Was very heavy. I'm weak , again. Alright , i'm feelings the aches on my ankle as well as my thigh.
Gotta to rest for tomorrow! I'm cooking some food that has mango!:D man! So excited , i smsed Reena how excited i was because of the food we're gonna cook!hahaha. I bet it's gonna taste like heaven!:D And btw , study hard for Mid-Year-Examinations! I've not started revision. I'm so dead please. Bye! Nights! Mango dreams peeps!:D
