warm up is like workout lorrhs.
:jog 2 rounds.stride diagonally across the field twice.
->that repeated for 3 times.
you call that warm up..?
okay nevermind.its endurance trainiing.what to go?
workout is a BOMB~!
do push-ups.crunches.back raises.squat jumps.lunges.
to the basketball court..
a few attempts to score.
followed by the FIELD!
chase after the soccer ball.and THEN SCORE!
we have to do 3 sets!and we had to run from stations to stations to do various exercises.
but then.it was quite fun.
ME and YUN TING were like enjoying ourselves while doing workout.lols!.
after doing all 3 sets of workout.TRAINING OVER!yayy!
play water."soccer".yah.all kinds of STUFF!
anywayys.shall stop here.half of my day passed in school with my tRack friends.
